The cream puff is the house specialty of the Gröbl-Alm and is known far beyond the borders of the country. In our pastry shop, Martin and his team prepare them with a great deal of love, and the cream puffs are made from unsweetened choux pastry and can be served with a variety of sweet or savory fillings.
