Physiotherm infrared health cabins
We have an infrared cabin in our sauna oasis for our guests to relax, switch off and unwind. The special feature of our infrared fit and health cabin are the ceramic tubes filled with lava sand. They are characterized by an excellent effect even at low temperatures and generate a completely natural warmth. It is wonderfully gentle on the skin and lets you breathe deeply and relax. It strengthens your immune system and promotes a better complexion - in a completely natural and pleasant way.
Finnish sauna
Detox and purify after a day of hiking or skiing. The alpine sauna in the wellness area of the Gröbl-Alm offers a relaxing break. Here you can enjoy the soothing warmth and unwind after an active day in the mountains. In addition, the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains creates a harmonious ambience - ideal for moments of tranquillity.
